Loren S. Copeland, President and CEO
Mr. Copeland leads the firm's technical operations, providing application architecture, development, integration and consulting expertise.
His professional experience includes Big Four IT Consulting (Price Waterhouse Coopers, Office of Government Services), manufacturing (Ford Electronics), satellite communications (RCA Americom) and the executive leadership of "Advansys," a Microsoft Partner specializing in systems integration, and "CAD Continuum," specializing in Computer Aided Design, representing Autodesk, Bentley Systems and Intergraph.
Mr. Copeland founded Xtraware, in 2005, to develop and commercialize the internet collaboration application, which it developed for CONRAIL.
Mr. Copeland maintains a hands-on approach, working closely with developmental partners, CONRAIL and Microsoft as well as the major accounts, which Xtraware serves. CONRAIL continues its use of Xtraware products and services and Mr. Copeland, and his staff continue to serve CONRAIL, supporting the Railroad's network and database operations, while insuring that the Xtraware product line remains focused on providing solutions to real-world departmental and enterprise issues.
Loren received an MBA in Management Science from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

Dan Copeland leads the firm's sales and marketing activities.
product management specialist with over ten years of experience developing and optimizing successful portfolios of enterprise and online transaction processing software products and services. His work has included launch of leading products using SOA platforms, for F100 customers and prospects.
Developing Xtraware’s approach to New Product Development (NPD) is a commitment to innovation, and a commitment to understanding needs and solving problems, providing products which continually improve the value of business operations. Dan supplements Xtraware’s NPD approach, with expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies.
Dan graduated cum laude with a BA in American Studies, and completed an MBA in Marketing, both from Temple University. Dan’s certifications include Search Engine Marketing from SEMPO, and the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
